How are your pool tables priced?

Most of our tables are priced individually. The final cost is based on the play surface size, the materials and rarity of the wood or paint finish selected, and the complexity of the labor involved. Are all your pool tables custom made to order?

Yes, all pool tables and accessories produced by Dubai Pool Tables are custom made to order, with the exception of our economy line of tables. This allows us to modify all options of the pool table to the client's exact specifications.

Where can I see your pool tables in person?

Several public spaces and private residences around the world exhibit our pool tables. Please contact us directly for information on the closest installation location available for you to see our work firsthand.

What is the production time?

Production time is different for each individual pool table. A typical production timeframe is between 10 to 14 weeks. However, this can vary depending on the specific item being manufactured and its complexity.

How is shipping and installation arranged?

We work with a select group of shippers who specialize in handling our work. When your piece is nearing completion, we will contact you with the shipping quote for your approval. Once approved, the table will be shipped. We will then coordinate with you or your team to arrange a convenient installation time.

Can I return a custom-made game table?

Once production on a custom-made game table has started, we are unable to cancel the order or accept a return. However, if there is a problem with the product, the issue will be rectified immediately. Please contact us by telephone at 888.617.7665 or email us at sales@dubaipooltables.com with photos or videos of the issue. We will quickly proceed to replace or repair the purchased product.

Can I return accessories like cue racks and triangles?

If you're not completely satisfied with your cue rack or triangle, you can return it. Please contact us at sales@dubaipooltables.com to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) code. Returns must be received in original condition and packaging within 20 days. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, and there is a 10% restocking fee.

How do I maintain my pool table?

Is my data protected?

Yes. Most of our product transactions are handled offline because of the several stages required in the customization of your table. All other applicable product sales and online transactions are processed through a secure and safe HTTPS server to protect your information.
